| Aston Martin Vantage Special Series Type II (4 door) | |

Certainly based on the type I, the type II is still
a four door Vantage, but looks much more complete, indeed a very
convincing saloon. I guess the doors are longer and thus it'll be easier
to get into than the type I. The 'C' pillar doesn't have any glass in it
at all and overall the car is more rounded. The Type II keeps the six
headlights and Jaffa grapefruit rear lights of the standard Vantage. I believe three were built, a black one, a red one and a metallic grey one. Picture by kind permission of Mike Harbar www.car-artist.com |
