Aston Martin Virage Lightweight GT (1991)

Since I discovered the lightweight Virage in Austria, David has found out that the development of the lightweight went further than I first thought. This car built to special order with a special engine has very distinctive front lights that transforms the look of the standard Virage. I can now really expect Works Service to be approached by Virage owners wanting this meaner look on their own cars. Notice the bonnet bulge, 6.3 conversion wheels, the extra vents in the bonnet and ahead of the rear wheels and a revised front air dam. This is really a very mean looking car and one that could be reproduced quite inexpensively from a 'second hand' Virage. Indeed a similar looking 'replica' was made by Lincoln Scott
