| This is another of the Virage based conversions from Works Service unveiled in early 1994. It came about as the result of a million pound order for four cars for a special customer. The production side of AML produced four long wheelbase Virage chassis which then crossed to the other side of Tickford Street to AML Works Service, who fitted the saloon bodies. The car featured in the press release was finished in Hunter Green with right hand drive; this is the most recent car from AML to have the Lagonda badge. How many more years before AML will produce another Lagonda? Sadly I have never seen any of these special cars and so I have been forced to use AML press pictures on this page. | |
