| Aston Martin AM4 by Pininfarina | |

AM4 is the second Pininfarina car, which is best described
as a large DB7 on the Vantage chassis - much more conventional than AM3 at the front.
Again at least 2 were built, a black one and a red one. The rear lights
are again behind a full width black (or perhaps smoked plastic) full width
panel similar to that on AM3. AM4 was also featured in the 1998 Autocar
article. Now I have seen the black AM4 myself back in 2001 whilst it was at Works Service. I couldn't photographs it but it was a smashing car with it's contrasting red leather interior and black coachwork. Picture by kind permission of Mike Harbar www.car-artist.com |
