At the IAA Frankfurt Show in September 2003, AM premiered 2004MY Vanquish (see above). Instantly visible from the exterior are rarely seen 7 spoke 19” alloy wheels equipped with Yokohama 255/40 ZR 19 front and 285/40 ZR 19 rear tyres, designed exclusively for the V12 Vanquish. The original 12-spoke alloy wheel still remained available as a no cost option. The interior was also slightly re-worked with new front seats with better support for the shoulders. The deep centre console casting, door release surrounds, instrument pack surround and other interior fittings were finished in a new liquid metal finish called Platinum, plus the red plastic starter button was replaced by the backlit etched glass version as first seen in the DB9.
