Following on from the Tickford Lagonda, in 1984, the long-wheelbase version was unveiled by Tickford, the engineering division of AML. Whilst the standard car cost £66,000, the long version was exceedingly expensive at a massive £110,000 - that's £4,400 per inch of extra legroom. The long version car is easy to identify as the window glass in the rear door is divided vertically, the rear section is fixed, the front is electrically operated. Only four examples are believed to have been made, three LHD and a single RHD.
