Breakdown of the 'Towns' Lagonda production cars is as follows,
- Series 2 (Weber Carbs) - 462
- Series 3 (Weber Fuel Injection) - 76
- Series 4 (Restyled car) - 98
Since this total is 9 greater than the 'official'
production number, I assume that it includes the numerous prototypes
built before production started. Three examples of the Lagonda were
built as Tickford LWB Limousines. A single example of the Lagonda has
been rebuilt as a shooting brake by Roos Engineering in Switzerland. |
