Thursday Night practice

This stated at 19.00 for two hours in daylight and then from 22.00 until midnight. I pleasant warm evening and much different to the previous night. Top qualifier was Tomas Enge with his 5th consecutive pole with a time of 3.52.015 putting 007 on row 10. Fastest time for 009 was set by Stephane Sarrazin with 3.52.561 putting the car on row 11. Car 69, the Italian car achieved 12th row with a qualifying time of 3.53.611 by Christain Pescatori. Finally the privately entered Russian Age Racing DBR9 secured the 16th row with a qualifying time of 3.57.776 by ex AM works driver, David Brabham.
